Ingredients:

1 packet (400 grams) glutinous rice flour (giniling na malagkit)
1/2 cup sugar
ยฝ jar of Coconut String/ Macapuno string1 or ยฝ cup grated cheese
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 โ€“ 4 whole fresh eggs
1 can condense milk
1/2 cup or more condensed milk for caramel toppings

Instructions:

1. Mix the flour & sugar in a large bowl.

2. Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, eggs & ยฝ can of condense (set aside ยฝ of the can for toppings), mix well. Then combine the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and the coconut or maccapuno strips

3. Pour into 2 x 8โ€ circular pan

4. Cook in preheated oven gas for 45 minutes.

5. Take it out the pan for last 20 minutes and pour the remaining half can of condense milk and spread out equally on top. Put it back in the oven and cook further for about 10-15 minutes or until the condensed milk will turn into brown then add grated cheese on the top.
